A two-part mini mastermind session for like-minded salon owners who want to improve the performance of their brands in the coming year. This Posh Beauty Studio experience includes casual business coaching by Pamper Queen and Posh Nails founder Cat Ilacad and sharing of business makeover tips by your beauty BFFs.

1st session (90 mins): Getting to know you and your business + Review and forecast

Let’s talk about what why you started your business and what you love about being a beauty entrepreneur! I will also be giving you prompts so you can review your 2022 performance and look back on what didn’t work in the past year so we can help you prepare for a better 2023. After doing the review, you’ll have time to share your answers with your beauty BFFs so they can share their insights to get your business makeover underway. 

2nd session (90 mins): Creating a Plan of Action

Now that we’ve identified what needs tweaking, we will create a detailed plan of action for 2023! This second session will be dedicated to identifying your goals and the steps needed to reach them.
